If your item isn't delivered we will be notified and we will contact you to re-arrange a delivery date that suits you best! The average wait time is 3-4 working days from dispatch!

DHL Express [USA, Canada & Rest of the world]

This is service is tracked with detail from start to finish of your order's journey. Both services are tracked right up to your front door.

If you are not home to receive your parcel the DHL or UPS driver will call you, provided you provide your phone number to re-arrange delivery at your convenience. If your number is for some reason out of reach, you will be sent an E-mail to rearrange, at a time of your choosing.

With this service your order is fully insured concerning damage or loss.

ROYAL MAIL - Economy [Cheapest]

This is service is tracked from start to finish of your order's journey and only available to customers in the United kingdom. 

If you are not home to receive your parcel your local post service will attempt to redeliver, however, if you are unavailable to accept your parcel after the second try, the parcel will be sent to your postal depo, for you contact and claim. If you fail to do so after 15 days your order will be sent back to the UK. WE ARE NOT NOTIFIED IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN. We will work with you to ensure you get your goods but because this is not an express service, there is only a Limit to how much we can intervene.
